Refunds & Cancellations
Scope
These rules apply to paid consultations offered by Apiruntime Path: ETF Allocation Reviews, Rotation Watch Sessions, and Portfolio Health Checks. They do not cover products we do not sell, subscriptions, or physical goods.
Eligibility overview

Full refunds
You receive a full refund if we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative within fourteen days, or if you cancel five or more clear working days before the first scheduled meeting and no written deliverable has been issued.
Partial refunds
If work has started — for example holdings mapping begun after documents were received — we may refund the unused portion after deducting time already spent, billed at a reasonable proportion of the agreed fee. Once the written allocation pack has been delivered, that portion of the fee is non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
- Deposits where cancellation falls inside the five-working-day window
- Completed Rotation Watch Sessions and Health Checks after the meeting has occurred
- Third-party room hire booked at your request (rare; disclosed in advance)
How to request a refund
Email contact@apiruntimepath.digital with your name, engagement date, and reason. You may also call +44 121 555 2180. We confirm eligibility within five working days.
Processing time & method
Approved refunds are returned by bank transfer to the account that paid, usually within ten working days of approval. We do not issue cash refunds at the office.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule is allowed when you give at least three working days’ notice. Further reschedules may be charged an administration fee of £40. We will reschedule without fee if illness or travel disruption on our side causes the change.
Work already started
Document review and draft mapping count as started work. If you withdraw after sending holdings files, expect a partial charge reflecting hours already used, with the remainder refunded.
Exceptions
If an engagement letter states different commercial terms for a bespoke project, that letter prevails for the named engagement only.
